The Meta Model: 

      a powerful language model helps us recognize patterns, improve communication, and speak the dialect of other Enneagram styles.

Meta Programs:

     unconscious, deep-rooted patterns by which we filter our experiences and shape our perceptions; how we process information, make decisions, set goals -  creating and sustaining our reality and personal narrative.

Perceptual Positions:

     each Enneagram style persistently favors one perspective: first, second or third person. We will determine our favored position and in a structured exercise deeply experience another Enneagram style.
